Refund and Returns Policy

At Liquorme.co.nz, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition and meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please review our returns policy below:

Returns & Replacements
  1. Unopened Products:
    • If you are not satisfied with your order or the product is not to your taste, we will happily replace any unopened bottles or credit your account.
    • For returns due to a change of mind or customer error, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Damaged Products:
    • If your order has been damaged during transit, we will replace the damaged items at no cost to you.
    • Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photo proof for a replacement to be arranged.
  3. Incorrectly Packed Orders:
    • If your delivery contains items that do not match your invoice, we will correct the mistake promptly.
    • Packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and those are to be returned back.
  4. Faulty Products:
    • If you receive a faulty product, we will replace it or credit your account.
Conditions for Returns
  • All returned items must be in good condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed within 15 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the product(s).
Additional Information
  • For “Change of Mind” returns, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
  • Product images and descriptions on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that variations in batch numbers, alcohol percentage, vintages, and bottling dates may occur.
