Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin 700ml is the flagship dry gin from Four Pillars, the distillery founded in 2013 in Healesville in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Australia. It is distilled in a German-made CARL copper pot still named Wilma, using ten botanicals including juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, lavender, star anise and whole fresh oranges.

The distillery’s own serve is a gin and tonic over plenty of ice with a slice of fresh orange, which picks up the citrus in the gin. It also makes a bright Martini or Negroni, and suits grilled fish, oysters or Thai flavours.
