Canella FAQs
What is a Bellini?
A Bellini is a Venetian aperitivo of white peach purée and Prosecco, first made at Harry's Bar in Venice. Canella's version is bottled ready to pour.
What is the difference between Canella Bellini, Rossini and Mimosa?
All three are Prosecco-based. The Bellini uses white peach, the Rossini uses strawberry and the Mimosa uses blood orange juice, so each has a different fruit flavour.
Where is Canella made?
Canella is made in San Donà di Piave, in the Veneto region of northeast Italy, close to Venice. The area sits within the wider Prosecco production zone.
