About Citadelle
Citadelle was created in 1996 by the founders of Ferrand Cognac at Château de Bonbonnet in Ars, near Cognac. Its 19 botanicals are infused and distilled in small copper pot stills over an open flame, a method used for Cognac. Citadelle Réserve is aged in oak casks, giving it a golden colour and softer, rounder flavour.
How to Enjoy Citadelle
Citadelle Original suits a gin and tonic with a slice of lemon or a dry martini. Sip Réserve neat over a large ice cube, or use it in a negroni. Serve with oysters, seafood or French cheeses.
