About De Bortoli
De Bortoli was started by Italian migrants who settled at Bilbul near Griffith in the Riverina, and the business is still run by the De Bortoli family. It has since grown to include vineyards in other regions, including the Yarra Valley in Victoria.
How to Enjoy De Bortoli
Pair the Shiraz with grilled steak, lamb or slow-cooked dishes, and the Merlot with pasta or roast pork. Serve the tawny in small glasses with cheese or dessert, and the Prosecco well chilled.
