About Kirin

Kirin is one of Japan's oldest and largest brewing companies. Kirin Ichiban is brewed using only the first press of the mash, the ichiban shibori method, which gives a smooth, clean malt flavour. Hyoketsu, meaning frozen fruit, is a Japanese-style fruit drink; the versions we stock are vodka-based RTDs.

How to Enjoy Kirin

Serve Kirin Ichiban well chilled with sushi, tempura, gyoza or teriyaki, where its clean finish works with salty and fried food. Hyoketsu tastes great straight from the fridge, or poured over ice with a slice of matching fresh fruit, alongside light snacks or a barbecue.
