About Ratu

The Rum Co. of Fiji distillery in Lautoka has been making rum since 1980, using Fijian sugar cane molasses. The Ratu Dark and Spiced are aged for five years in charred oak barrels, and the Dark is filtered through coconut shell carbon before bottling.

How to Enjoy Ratu

Ratu Dark is good neat, over ice or with ginger beer and lime. The Spiced works with cola or in a rum punch. Pour the Signature rum liqueur over ice after dinner or with a dessert such as grilled pineapple or vanilla ice cream.
