Nectarine and lemon sit over almond and a little smoke, while the palate is juicy with a chalky, saline freshness. The finish carries a light oak note.
Grapes come from the Vallée de la Marne, the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. Louis Roederer dates to 1776 and remains independent under the Rouzaud family, with its own vineyards supplying about two-thirds of its fruit.
