About Beenleigh

The Beenleigh distillery near Brisbane took out its distillery licence in June 1884 and still makes rum from local Queensland molasses. The wash is distilled in a column still and then again in a historic copper vat still. Double Cask is aged for at least five years in ex-brandy and ex-bourbon casks.
