About Grant Burge

Grant Burge comes from a family with a long history of winemaking in the Barossa Valley, and the Fifth Generation range nods to that heritage. The Barossa is one of Australia's most famous red wine regions, with warm days that produce ripe, full-bodied Shiraz. Wines such as Filsell and Miamba are named after individual vineyards, and the Holy Trinity follows the classic Barossa blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre.

How to Enjoy Grant Burge

Serve the reds at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius, and give the fuller wines such as Filsell or Holy Trinity time in the glass to open up. Barossa Shiraz suits barbecued lamb, beef steak and slow-cooked stews, while the Merlot and Cabernet Merlot pair with roast meats and pasta. Serve the Prosecco well chilled with antipasto or seafood.
