About Highland Park

Highland Park was founded in Kirkwall in 1798. The distillery still turns some of its own barley on traditional malting floors and dries it over Orkney peat, which gives a softer, more heathery smoke than the peat of Islay.

How to Enjoy Highland Park

Taste Highland Park neat or with a dash of water to bring out the honey, heather smoke and dried fruit. The older bottlings sit well with smoked fish, blue cheese or dark chocolate after dinner.
