Bati Dark Rum 1L is a Fijian dark rum from the Rum Co. of Fiji, made in Lautoka on Viti Levu from the molasses of Fijian sugar cane. It blends mostly column still rum with a portion of pot still rum, aged for two years in oak, giving a rich dark rum with plenty of dried fruit.

Mix it with cola and lime, or with ginger beer in a dark ‘n’ stormy. It is also good in a Mai Tai or rum punch and pairs with barbecue ribs or sticky date pudding.
