Nose: Lifted aromas of rose petals, fresh strawberries, and lychee create an immediately inviting bouquet with floral complexity.
Palate: Sweet red berry flavours mingle with delicate fizz, offering a refreshing, light-bodied mouthfeel with gentle acidity balancing the natural fruit sweetness.
Finish: Clean and crisp, with lingering notes of red fruits and a subtle floral echo that invites the next sip.
Pair with fresh fruit platters, light desserts like pavlova, or spicy Asian cuisine where the sweetness complements chilli heat beautifully.
Serve well chilled at 4-6°C in a white wine glass or flute to showcase the delicate bubbles and aromatic lift.
An excellent choice for celebrations, gatherings where not everyone is drinking alcohol, or everyday moments when you want something special without the booze.
