Casa Noble Marques Anejo 750ml is a blended añejo tequila from Casa Noble in Jalisco, Mexico, made from 100% blue Weber agave and bottled at 40% ABV. Released as Marqués de Casa Noble, it combines 12 extra añejos and 9 añejos aged between one and five years in French oak.

Casa Noble was founded by José “Pepe” Hermosillo, who still oversees the tequila as master tequilero. For the Marqués, he personally selected trees from the Allier forest in France. The staves were seasoned outdoors for two years, then toasted and aged for a further year at the cooperage before the barrels were filled.
The agave is cooked in brick ovens, fermented in open stainless steel tanks without fibres and distilled before ageing. Blending 21 different añejo and extra añejo tequilas lets the house build layers of cooked agave, oak and fruit that a single barrel or age would not give on its own.
This is a sipping tequila. Pour it neat into a copita or tulip glass at room temperature and let it open for a minute, or add a single ice cube. It pairs well with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, mole dishes or slow-cooked pork.

Casa Noble describes cooked agave sweetness, vanilla and ripe fruit on the nose, with hints of peach and roasted nuts. The palate adds caramel, cinnamon and oak spice, and the finish is long and warm with vanilla and gentle spice.
