Del Maguey’s single village range bottles mezcal from individual Oaxacan communities, and Chichicapa has been part of it since the brand’s early days in the 1990s. Sip it neat at room temperature in small measures, or use it in place of tequila in a Margarita or a mezcal Negroni. It pairs well with grilled meats, tacos al pastor or a plate of fresh citrus.
- Single village mezcal from Chichicapam, Oaxaca

Expect gentle smoke on the nose with roasted agave, citrus peel and a hint of mint. The palate is layered and slightly sweet, with tropical fruit, spice and earthy notes before a long, dry finish with lingering smoke.
