Fords London Dry Gin 700ml was developed by bartender Simon Ford with Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers in London, with the aim of making a gin that works across classic cocktails. Nine botanicals are steeped for 15 hours before distillation in a traditional pot still, and it is bottled at 45% ABV.

The botanicals are juniper, coriander seed, orris, jasmine, angelica, cassia, and bitter orange, lemon and grapefruit peels.
