It is built around fresh yuzu grown in Victoria’s Ovens Valley, backed by finger lime, lemon myrtle, ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted rice. Juniper still sits at the core, so it drinks like a gin first and a citrus gin second.
