Galliano Ristretto is an Italian espresso liqueur made using traditional copper pot still distillation at the Maraschi & Quirici distillery. Coffee beans are macerated in a hydro-alcoholic solution at 50-60°C for 10-12 hours using a bain-marie method, creating an authentic ristretto espresso character with higher Arabica content than typical coffee blends.

Galliano Ristretto shines in an Espresso Martini where its strong coffee profile and 30% ABV provide structure and authentic espresso flavour.
