Joseph Cartron Creme De Framboise Liqueur 700ml is a raspberry liqueur from Joseph Cartron, the family-owned liqueur house founded in 1882 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. Sold as Crème de Framboise de Bourgogne, it is made by loading raspberries into vats and macerating them at room temperature for four to five weeks, and it is bottled at 18% ABV. Cartron liqueurs are made on a neutral spirit distilled from sugar beet and sweetened with crystallised sugar, and the company is still run by the Cartron family, now in its fifth generation.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Liquor Me (liquorme.co.nz) we want you to be happy with every order. This policy applies to orders delivered within New Zealand.

Our return policy at a glance

  • Return window: 10 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Change of mind: accepted for unopened products in new, resaleable condition, with the seal intact and in the original packaging.
  • Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
  • Exchanges: available. You can swap for a different product instead of taking a refund.
  • Return method: by mail (courier) to our returns address, once we have confirmed your return.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Free for damaged, faulty or incorrect items (we provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection).
  • Restocking fee: none. We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.
  • Refunds: processed within 10 days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, contact us within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused and in new condition, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility and the original delivery fee is not refunded. There is no restocking fee. You can choose an exchange instead of a refund.

These cannot be returned for a change of mind: opened or partly used products, products with a broken seal or missing packaging, gift packs with items missing, and personalised or engraved items.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Damaged in transit: if a parcel arrives visibly damaged or leaking, you can refuse it and ask the courier to return it to us. If you find damage after opening the parcel, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the courier. We will then send a replacement or give a full refund, including the delivery fee, at no cost to you.

Faulty or incorrect items: if a product is faulty (for example a leaking seal or a spoiled wine) or we have sent the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will replace, exchange or refund it, and we cover the return shipping. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

How to Start a Return
  1. Email support@liquorme.co.nz, call 09 590 0020 or use our contact form. Include your order number, the item(s), the reason, and photos for damaged or faulty items.
  2. We will confirm your return and send you the returns address and instructions (and a prepaid label where we cover the cost).
  3. Pack the item securely and send it by courier. For change-of-mind returns, please use a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
  4. Once the return arrives and is checked, we process your refund or exchange within 10 days.
