Silent Pool Gin 700ml is an English gin distilled in-house at Silent Pool Distillers, on a former farm site on the Albury Estate in Surrey. It is made with 24 botanicals and water from the spring-fed Silent Pool next to the distillery, which gives the gin its name, and is bottled at 43% ABV.

Juniper leads, with floral layers of lavender, chamomile, rose and elderflower, citrus and kaffir lime leaf, and a gentle sweetness from pear and local honey.
Serve it with a light tonic over ice and a slice of pear or a twist of lime. It also makes an aromatic Martini or a French 75, and pairs well with seafood, chicken or light Asian dishes.
