Bombay Sapphire 1L is a London Dry gin made at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England. Its spirit is vapour-infused: rather than steeping in the spirit, ten botanicals sit in copper baskets above it, so the rising vapour picks up their flavour. The ten are juniper, lemon peel, coriander, orris root, angelica, almond, cassia, liquorice, cubeb berries and grains of paradise.
