Serve it well chilled in a flute or white wine glass, either on its own or with Marlborough green-lipped mussels. Fish and chips with a squeeze of lemon also suits its citrus acidity.

Pale in the glass, with lemon, lime and a touch of cream on the nose. Toasty, yeasty notes join the citrus on the palate, with a fine mousse, bright acidity and a crisp finish.
