Imagination Wakame SW Dry Gin 700ml is a coastal dry gin from Imagination Distillery in the lower North Island of New Zealand. The distillers trialled several seaweeds with New Zealand seaweed expert Lea Bramley before settling on wakame for its salt and umami character. The wakame is wild-foraged from the Wairarapa and Wellington coasts, and the distillery uses charcoal-filtered rainwater collected on site.
