Paritua Syrah 750ml is a Hawke’s Bay Syrah from Paritua, an estate in the Bridge Pa Triangle whose wines are grown on its own single vineyard. The vines sit on stony, free-draining soils of the old Ngaruroro riverbed, and the Syrah is matured in oak barrels to build texture and spice.

Serve at cool room temperature, around 16 to 18°C, in a large red wine glass. It pairs well with peppered lamb backstrap or venison sausages with mash.
