The Teeling distillery opened in the Liberties area of Dublin in 2015, bringing whiskey making back to a part of the city once known for it. Single malt, made only from malted barley, is one of the styles Teeling uses to show what Irish whiskey can do beyond the familiar blends.
The Teeling family has a long history in Dublin whiskey, and the company opened the first new distillery in the city for well over a century.
