Description
Tomatin 12YO 700ml is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky aged for 12 years at Tomatin Distillery in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. The wood includes first-fill bourbon barrels, refill American oak casks and Spanish sherry butts.
The 12 Year Old replaced the distillery’s earlier 10 Year Old in 2003, and a later update raised its strength from 40% to the current 43%. The label carries the distillery line, The Softer Side of the Highlands.

Try it neat in a tulip glass, adding water by the drop if you want more fruit. It also works over a large ice cube, and goes well with roast pork and apple or a soft, buttery cheese.
