Auchentoshan American Oak 700ml is a Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the Auchentoshan distillery on the edge of Glasgow. Like every Auchentoshan, it is triple distilled, and it is matured exclusively in first-fill American bourbon casks, which give it a light, sweet and creamy character. It is bottled at 40% ABV.

Triple distillation is rare in Scotland, where most malt distilleries distil twice. The extra run through the stills gives Auchentoshan its delicate, clean spirit, a style the distillery has been known for since it was founded in 1823.
